Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the parties.

Petitioner participated in the interview for filling up the post of Assistant Headmaster in Bargodagodar Krishna Smriti Vidyaniketan (H.S.), Purba Medinipur (hereinafter referred to as 'said school').

It is submitted by the learned advocates representing the school authority as well as State respondents that petitioner stood third in the panel of selected candidates.

Petitioner prays for disclosure of marks under different heads and the marks obtained by two other empanelled candidates.

Mr. Acharyya, learned advocate representing the State respondents has submitted that panel submitted by the said school authority has been approved vide memo dated 4th September, 2025. Memo dated 4th September, 2025 filed on behalf of the State respondents is taken on record.

Headmaster of the said school being respondent no.4 is directed to disclose the marks obtained by the petitioner and two other empanelled candidates under different heads to the petitioner by seven (7) days from date.

It is made clear that this order shall not preclude the respondent authorities to appoint the first selected candidate from the panel.

With the above observations and directions writ petition stands disposed of.
