Heard the learned advocates for the respective parties.

In the said order it was observed that the order dated August 6, 2025 passed by the learned judge of the Appellate Court suffers from infirmity. However, through inadvertence it was not recorded that the order dated August 6, 2025 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No.141 of 2025 is set aside.

The following paragraph shall be inserted in the order dated 21.08.2025 after it was observed that the order dated August 6, 2025 suffers from infirmity. "The order dated August 6, 2025 passed by the learned District Judge, Paschim Medinipur in Miscellaneous Appeal No.141 of 2025 stands aside."

Let this portion be incorporated in the order dated August 21, 2025. This order shall form part of the order dated August 21, 2025.
