At the heading of the said order sheet, the names of learned counsel for the petitioner have been wrongly recorded. The said names shall be deemed to have been deleted and instead, the names "Mr. Malay Bhattacharyya, Mr. Subhrajyoti Ghosh and Ms. Sudipa Sengupta," be deemed to have been recorded as the learned Advocates representing the petitioner on that date.

The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected. This order shall be treated as a part of the judgment passed and both the orders shall always be read conjointly. Parties shall act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
