The Misc Case registered by the petitioner being No. 11 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur is submitted to have been not proceeded to the desired extent due to the non availability of the original case record. Admittedly, the Title Suit No. 36 of 2012 was pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Baruipur. Subsequently, the same suit has been transferred to learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur.

It is thus contended that a direction may be recorded so that the original case record may be traced out.

The revisional application stands disposed of directing learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur to trace out original case record being Title Suit No. 36 of 2012 expeditiously putting his sincerest effort to this purpose, taking appropriate steps, as available in the C.R.O.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
