By the impugned order, the Tribunal fixed the Original Application, which was filed this year only for "Admission Hearing" on October 3, 2023. No special case for urgency is made out.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners addresses the Court on the merits of the claim of the writ petitioners before the Tribunal. As noted above, the Tribunal is yet to admit Original Application and fixed the Original Application for "Admission Hearing".

The issues sought to be raised herein are kept open.

Petitioners seek direction for expeditious hearing by the Tribunal.

In such circumstances, we find no merit in the present writ petition.

WP.ST 113 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
