The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Chatra Ganeshlal High School, District - Birbhum. The prayer of the petitioner for general transfer has been rejected by the authority on the ground that she is the single teacher in the school for the subject and local arrangement for the school could not be made to substitute the petitioner.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with such decision of the authority.

Ms. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the State files an instruction of the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal, which is taken on record. W.P.A. 19700 of 2022 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
