Earlier this revisional application was called on 20.09.2023 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Today also when the matter is called, none represented the petitioners. As such, I am of the view that the petitioners are not willing to pursue the present revisional application. I have considered the revisional application along with the annexures and I find that the petitioners approached this Court immediately after the charge-sheet was filed before the jurisdictional court. Having regard to the materials which have been enclosed in this revisional application, I am of the view that a prima facie case has been made out under the relevant Sections being 498A/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioners would be at liberty to take up the issues canvassed in the present revisional application in course of trial.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 3223 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
