The petitioner is the plaintiff in Title Suit No.217 of 2018, which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Purba Burdwan.

It appears that the plaintiff is yet to file the amended plaint and take proper steps.

Under such circumstances, no mandatory direction can be passed upon the learned court below for disposal of the suit within a limited period.

The plaintiff is directed to take steps in accordance with law and the learned court is requested to make sincere endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
