Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the de facto complainant and the State. The prosecution case is that the petitioners and the other accused tied the victim with a rope, put him on a hay stack and set fire in the same. The victim received burn injuries. Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 2977 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
