Accordingly, the police authorities are directed to ensure that the grievance of the petitioner be addressed.

Since the learned Magistrate was subjectively satisfied by directing the investigation to be done, to that effect, if required, necessary documents may be obtained from the office of the ADSR and/or other land department and,

signature(s), if any, be checked by any other experts. All efforts be exerted for taking the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19701 of 2025 is disposed of.
