Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a photostat copy of the order dated 14.12.2022 passed in connection with Liluah P.S. Case No. 262/19 dated 15.10.2019 which reflects that learned Judge, Special (POCSO) Court, Howrah accepted the final report which was filed in connection with the said case. The order also reflects that there was a prayer from the investigating officer to initiate action against the de facto complainant under Section 211 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having considered that the revisional application was preferred for expeditious disposal of Spl. T.R. Case No. 117 of 2019 and the accused persons have been discharged from the case, I am of the view that the revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3225 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Let the photostat copy of the order dated 14.12.2022 so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
