They are in custody for 127 days. They pray for bail. Their bail prayer being rejected by the court below, they have appealed before the court.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show appellants subjected the victim housewife to torture over demands of dowry. She communicated such fact to her parents and friends. Soon thereafter, she committed suicide. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant bail to the appellants at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Ajay Kumar Gupta, J.)
