The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 30th April, 2012 passed by the learned Additional Sessions, Fast Track, 1st Court, Diamond Harbour wherein the prayer under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed at the instance of the present petitioners were rejected.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Manisha Sharma, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to appear in this matter to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course.

Record of this revisional application reflects that the matter appeared on 24th July, 2012 and 7th August, 2012

and it reflects that the revisional application is yet to be admitted.

Having regard to the fact that today when the matter has been taken up, none appears to apprise this court regarding the present stage of the case and the progress of the trial or its outcome, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this court at this belated stage. Accordingly, the present revisional application being 2614 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
