The petitioner's mother is also working as a teacher and I do not find any merit in this application and it has been correctly held by District Inspector of Schools that the financial hardship in relation to the income of the deceased teacher is to be considered and in this view she is not entitled to get service. Therefore, the writ application is dismissed. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
