From the report submitted by the State, it appears that a specific FIR being Mogra Police Station Case No. 300 of 2023 dated 12.08.2023 under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 23 (i) and 24 in the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents & Senior Citizens Act 2007 has been initiated.

Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

Let the Investigating Officer investigate into the alleged offences expeditiously and in accordance with law. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
