The present application has been preferred by the petitioner in connection with Haroa Police Station Case No.44 of 2017 dated 04.02.2017 under Sections 307/326/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [Charged framed under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Cod], praying for bail.

Heard the learned lawyer for the petitioner as well as the learned lawyer for the State. Bail application of the petitioner was rejected repeatedly by different Coordinate Benches of this Hon'ble Court. Since then, no specific change in the circumstances occurred warranting reconsideration of the present bail application. At present, the trial is in the penultimate stage, as only two witnesses are left to be examined, as it appears from the report, submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Haroa Police Station. In that circumstances, we are not inclined to allow bail and the same stands rejected at this stage.

However, we direct the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial and dispose of the same preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. The report may be kept in the record as a part of it. The application for bail, being CRM 8557 of 2021 is dismissed.
