1. The petitioners filed the writ petition challenging illegal and unauthorized construction at the behest of the private respondent.

2. The Court considered the writ petition and disposed of the same by directing the Panchayat to consider and dispose of the petitioners' objection alleging illegal and unauthorized construction.

3. The Pradhan considered the matter and detected unauthorized construction. The records of the case were forwarded to the Sub Divisional Officer for taking further necessary steps.

4. The petitioner is aggrieved by the steps taken by the Sub Divisional Officer and has filed a supplementary affidavit challenging his action.

5. The Court is of the opinion that any step taken by the Sub Divisional Officer gives rise to a fresh cause of action which cannot be adjudicated in the instant contempt application.

6. It will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent forum for remedy challenging the order of the Sub Divisional Officer in accordance with law, if so advised.

7. The contempt application stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite parties.
