1. Order granting interim bail has been assailed. Order is an interlocutory one. It is open to the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the learned Magistrate at the time of confirmation of bail. In the event application is filed learned Magistrate shall dispose of the same promptly without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

2. With this observation, application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
