Mr. Soumya Basu Ray Chowdhury .... for the petitioner Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Sandip Chakraborty ... for the State The instant revisional application was filed for quashing of the proceeding being ACGR 4947/12 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas arising out of Patuli Police Station Case No. 302 dated 19.04.2012 under Sections 417/419/376/313 of the Indian Penal Code.

The report filed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas through the District Judge, South 24 Parganas stated that the trial has already commenced and on 22nd March, 2024 has been fixed for recording evidence of charge-sheeted witness Nos. 2 and 5. On 27.03.2024 has been fixed for recording evidence of chargesheeted witness Nos. 6 to 9. Under such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the aforesaid proceedings.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is disposed of.

The personal appearance of the petitioner is noted and dispensed with.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
