The petitioner's grievance was relating to nongranting of Child Care Leave ('CCL', for short) by the school.

Today I have been informed by the parties that CCL has been granted to the petitioner for the days she wanted. Now the only requirement is that the District Primary School Council should take appropriate steps for allowing the CCL to the petitioner and to see that no disturbance is caused to the petitioner in respect of the said CCL. For taking such CCL there should not be any disturbance in drawing of payment of salary of the

petitioner. The period of CCL is from 11th August, 2023 to 25th August, 2023.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
