Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Mitra, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The subject matter of the revisional application is the charge-sheet filed in connection with Uttarpara Police Station Case No.438/2022 dated 23.11.2022 under Sections 186/353/427/506/34 of IPC.

No document under Section 207 Cr.P.C. has been enclosed along with the charge-sheet.

Petitioners would be at liberty to canvass the points at the stage of Section 239 Cr.P.C. before the jurisdictional court.

The trial court would consider the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation made by this Court.

No unnecessary Adjournment should be granted to the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3005 of 2023 is disposed of.
