Pursuant to the steps taken by the police authorities, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is presently staying at his own residence and the grievance canvassed in the writ petition has been addressed. Learned advocate for the State submits that he has instructions from the police authorities that there are no resistance from the private respondents also.

Having considered that there has been complete change of circumstances, and police authorities are keeping vigil, they would continue to keep their vigil to ensure that the petitioner do not feel any insecurity.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19138 of 2025 is disposed of.
