The instant application is filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Complaint Case No. 584 of 2009 under Section 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Chinsurah Hooghly.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
