1. This matter has been assigned to this Bench by the Administrative Order of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice dated 19th February, 2025. Consequent thereupon, this matter has been listed today.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of the contempt application, the matter has been amicably settled by and between the parties and the contempt proceedings shall be dropped.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the contempt proceeding is dropped.

The department is directed to take immediate steps for drawing up and completion of the decree.
