Nizamuddin Sahaji & ORS v. Nasiruddin Sahaji
Sr.31 15-09-2021 Subha.
Court no. 34
IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA
CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 2629 of 2012 In the matter of : Nizamuddin Sahaji & Ors.. .....petitioners. In Re : An application under Sections 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure..
The revisional application has been preferred in respect of M. Case No. 1126 of 2012 under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure then pending before the learned Executive Magistrate, Barasat(Sadar), north 24 Parganas.
Having regard to the time constraint provided under the provisions of Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am of the view that the proceedings before the learned Magistrate has become infructuous.
As such, no interference is called for by this court at this belated stage.
Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2629 of 2012 is disposed of.
All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J. )
