This second round of litigation.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that the earlier writ petition being WPA 22805 of 2023 filed by the mother of the petitioners was disposed of on 13th December, 2023. Prior to passing of the said order the mother of the petitioners expired on 25th November, 2023. However, such fact of death of the mother of the petitioners since was not within the knowledge of the learned advocate-onrecord for the petitioners, the same could not be brought to the notice of the Hon'ble Court at the time of disposal. In such backdrop, the learned advocate for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take appropriate steps.

In view of such submission, the writ petition being WPA 19385 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take appropriate steps.
