Whether appointment can be given or not is a matter to be decided by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. Presently the process of obtaining TET certificate is going on. He can file application in the portal of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, last date of which is 30th September, 2022.

I do not think there is any impediment in getting the TET certificate by the petitioner after filling up the web portal of the Board.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
