Petitioner is not represented even on the second call. No accommodation is sought for. Petitioner was also remain unrepresented on earlier occasion. In view of the order dated 23.11.2011, the investigation of the case was allowed to be proceeded but stay was granted for filing final report. In view of the above, I have reason to believe that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the revisional application.

Revisional application accordingly stands dismissed for default.
