Petitioner is in custody for 199 days. He submits he was not identified by witnesses during investigation. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits personal belongings of one of the victim was recovered from the petitioner.

We have considered the materials on record. Personal belongings of one of the victim i.e. Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence etc. were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
