The State of West Bengal and another The order dated 07.06.2022 reflects that none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Today also when the revisional application has been called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

The subject matter of the case relates of New Town Police Station Case No.414 of 2021 dated 20.11.2021 under Section 20 of the West Bengal Fishery Act and Section 4D of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955. The nature of the documents so relied upon by the petitioners in the revisional application are private documents which cannot be taken into consideration without the same being scrutinised by the Investigating Agency. Having regard to the issues so canvassed, I am of the opinion that there is no scope for interference.

Accordingly, CRR 2563 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
