1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The deceased was the paramour of the present petitioner. It appears that they have developed a relationship. The post mortem report shows that the victim committed suicide. 3.

Considering the materials available in the Case Diary, the nature of extent of the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence and the post mortem report showing the case of death as suicide by hanging and charge sheet has been submitted, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely, Smt. Lili Tudu, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid Signed By :
