1. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner approached this Court as section 91 Code of Criminal Procedure notices were issued on the basis of G.D. Entry recorded by Cyber Crime Police Station, Bongaon Police District, North 24 Parganas. So far as the said notices are concerned, they were not responded to by the petitioner and the same was challenged before this Court.

3. Today, when the report has been submitted, it reflects that Bongaon Cyber Crime Police Station Case No.32 of 2024 dated 2nd October, 2024 has been registered for investigation. Consequently, the police authorities will

take steps in accordance with law as prima facie, a cognizable offence has been made out.

4. Since, the earlier notice has not been responded to by the petitioner, the same would be deemed to be infructuous. Police, if required, would take such steps for tracing out the money, which is the subject-matter of complaint by enforcing the relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita.

5. With the aforesaid observations, W.P.A. 20023 of 2024 is disposed of.

6. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

7. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
