1. The instant revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No.434 of 2024 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Sealdah.

2. It is submitted that, the case was filed in the year 2024 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Cognizance was taken by the learned Magistrate in December, 2024. Accused therein entered appearance in the case but has been taking adjournment on one and other grounds continuously.

3. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to dispose of the instant revisional application requesting the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Sealdah to try and dispose of the Complaint Case No.434 of 2024 as early as possible

without affording any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

4. With the above directions/observations CRR 3655 of 2025 is dispose of.

5. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
