Records reflect that on 20.09.2023 when the revisional application was called, none represented the petitioner. Today, when the revisional application has been called, also no one represented the petitioner. Earlier report was called for from the State authorities.

Ms. Basu, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that charge-sheet has been submitted and charge has already been framed and the next date is fixed on 06.05.2024 for evidence.

Memo of evidence so filed by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Petitioner approached this Court at a stage when the investigation of the case in relation to Ramnagar P.S. Case No.228 of 2022 was pending.

Having regard to the change of circumstances, I am of the view that the revisional application at this stage has no merits as subsequently there has been progressed in the investigation, charge-sheet being filed and charge being framed. Accordingly, CRR 3228 of 2022 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently dismissed.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
