Mr. Roy, learned Government Pleader has submitted a copy of the sanction order. Let the same be kept with the record. In view of the sanction order, there is no impediment to the learned trial court to proceed with the trial of the case. However, since the Investigating Agency as well as the requisites of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 has been satisfied, the learned ACJM, Rampurhat, Birbhum will transmit/commit the case to the court having jurisdiction in West Bengal for deciding Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act cases.

The Investigating Officer of the case will produce the notification to the learned ACJM, Rampurhat, Birbhum in respect of the courts having determination for deciding Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act cases and the learned ACJM, Rampurhat, Birbhum without wasting any further time will take steps for committing the case or transferring the records to the concerned court or the court

having determination for deciding Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act cases. If the Investigating Officer within a fortnight from date takes out an application for transmission of the records or commitment of the case, learned Magistrate would decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably in course of the day. The petitioner is an accused in the case.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would appear before the Investigating Officer immediately on receipt of information from the Investigating Officer of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3002 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
