It appears from the submission of Mr. Mukherjee that nothing further survives in this revisional application. However, as the suit has been filed for declaration and permanent injunction with certain reliefs which require expeditious adjudication, the revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court below to conclude the suit preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed, upon giving the opposite party adequate opportunity to contest the suit at every stage. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the suit.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
