1. In view of the substantial compliance of the order dated 10th September, 2024 as revealed from the report filed by the S.I. of Amherst Street Police Station and having regard to the fact that the petitioner has cooperated in the investigation and the report further shows that the de facto complainant and the petitioner have mutually agreed to dissolve their marriage without any claim against each other, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary.

2. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely, Sri Rajeev @ Rajeev Singh, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C., 1973 corresponding to Section Signed By :
