It is submitted on behalf of the plaintiff that the petitioner filed Title Suit No. 172 of 2018, seeking for declaration and eviction of licensee. The present opposite party/plaintiff filed an application under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure which was allowed. Challenging such order the instant revisional application has been preferred by the defendant/petitioner.

Record shows that there was an interim order passed by this Court which was last extended on May 18, 2023. Petitioner has not appeared before this Court on 18.3.2025 and 19.3.2025.

In such circumstances, the instant revisional application being C.O. 2647 of 2022 stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any stands vacated.
