Case No. 2835 of 2018 in connection with Bongaon G.R.P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018 dated 15.08.2018 under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

At this stage the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the case and that the case may be dismissed for nonprosecution. Accordingly, considering the submissions made by the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner and the materials on record, the present revisional application is, thus, disposed of as 'withdrawn'.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not already disposed of, in accordance with law.
