Petitioners are aggrieved by the interference of the police authorities so far as the Institute is concerned and to that effect, sent information to the superior officers of police authorities.
Be that as it may, a report has been submitted on behalf of the State which reflects that there is a dispute between Smt. Shib Shankari Roy @ Krishna Roy, wife of late Ashok Kumar Biswas and Amiya Kumar Biswas and his associates. According to the police authorities, both the parties have affixed padlock on the main gate on either of the sides.
Having considered the same and apprehending that there may be breach of the peace at the locality, police authorities drew up proceedings under Sections 126/135 of the BNSS. Having considered that the police authorities have adhered to the provisions of law, police authorities will interfere if there is violation of law and order. So far as the other disputes are concerned, petitioners and the other individual being Smt. Shib Shankari Roy @ Krishna Roy will settle their dispute before the civil court. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19178 of 2025 is disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
Report so submitted be kept with the record.
A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
