In the fourth line of order dated 31st August, 2022, the words 'learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gangarampur at Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur' be read as 'learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranaghat, Nadia'.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
