Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of maintenance case M-276 of 2017 being before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Barrackpore. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition is pending at the stage of evidence since it 2017 petition. 3.

The court considers that an appropriate direction may be passed for expeditious disposal. The court further considers that such direction will not prejudice either of parties. 4.

In the circumstances, learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Barrackpore is directed to dispose of M-276 of 2017 expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments in accordance with the law.
