The passport has been deposited with the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly at Chinsurah as a condition of bail granted by the learned Sessions Judge. The learned C. J. M., Hooghly will release the passport for a period of three months starting from 1st October, 2022. In case, the petitioner goes abroad, he will inform the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly the relevant period for which he will be remaining abroad with the documents relating to his travel tickets. Immediately after returning, the petitioner would inform the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly regarding his availability in this country. On 31st January, 2023, the petitioner would deposit the passport to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2566 of 2021 is disposed

of.
