Mr. Billwadal Bhattacharyya, Mr. Rajendra Banerjee ... for the Union of India The Enforcement Directorate(ED) has placed an order of the Division Bench of this Court dated 23rd December, 2022 in MAT 1762 of 2022 arising out of the instant writ petition. It has been remarked in paragraph 10 onwards in the said decision that the instant writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, WPA 19748 of 2022 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.

All interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. The order of the Division Bench is taken on record.

Since no affidavit has been used by the respondents, the allegations made in the writ petition

shall not be deemed to have been admitted by this Court.
