Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the applicant is taken on record.

Contempt application is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocates representing the applicant and alleged contemnors.

On behalf of alleged contemnor no.1, it is submitted that vide memo dated 31st October, 2025 transfer application and medical report of the applicant were forwarded to the alleged contemnor no.2 and it is further contented that alleged contemnor no.1 has complied with the directions as contained in the order dated 25th November, 2024.

Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor no.2 on instruction submits that transfer application along with medical report were received by the West
Bengal Central School Service Commission on 3rd November, 2025 and a decision shall be taken in terms of the order dated 25th November, 2024 within the prescribed time.

In view of steps taken by the alleged contemnor no.1, it appears that the order dated 25th November, 2024 is complied with so far the alleged contemnor no.1 is concerned.

It also appears from the submissions made on behalf of the alleged contemnor no.2 that Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission shall decide the transfer application of the applicant within the time prescribed in view of the order dated 25th November, 2024 based on receipt of transfer application and medical report on 3rd November, 2025.

Hence, contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceedings stand dropped.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
