For the respondent no.2 CAN 1 of 2025 is moved praying for setting aside of the order dated 4.6.2025 passed by the Additional Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Law), West Bengal. Vide the said order the Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies (Law),West Bengal has informed the petitioner as follows :

"In inviting reference to above, on scrutinizing your plaint it is observed that the time limit specified in solemn Order dated 04.04.2025 of the Hon'ble High Court , Calcutta in WPA 20033 of 2024 has not been complied with in the instant matter. You are, therefore, requested to approach

the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta for necessary permission and then do the needful.

On hearing the parties and considering the nature of the order passed by the Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies (Law ), West Bengal and in the interest of justice, the Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies is to consider the plaint filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and thus the delay in preferring the said plaint is hereby condoned in the interest of justice. The matter be disposed of on hearing the parties, by passing a reasoned order within the period specified under the act.

Petitioner is granted leave to add the Registrar and the Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies (Law ), West Bengal as parties to the writ application.

Leave granted to note in the cause title of the writ application.

CAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
