According to the petitioner, the Tribunal Application was taken out challenging the order of transfer and if the said matter is kept pending, it would frustrate the very purpose for which the Tribunal was moved.

Our attention is drawn to the fact that the next date is fixed on February 7, 2022.

Since the matter is already fixed in the near future, we request the Tribunal to take up the matter on the said date and efforts shall be shown to dispose of the matter within one month thereafter giving opportunity of hearing to all parties and by recording proper reasons. The writ-petition being WPCT 103 of 2021 is disposed of.
