It appears that the petitioner has filed the representation dated 4th August, being annexure P/5 to the writ petition before the Assistant Commissioner of Revenue, Bureau of Investigation, South Bengal (HQ)/respondent No. 2 against the grievance relating to disallowance of debit of input tax credit from electronic credit ledger/imposition of restriction in availing of input tax credit and the said representation is still pending.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 19384 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and

dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
