1. Learned counsel for the appellant, on instruction, candidly admits that the husband/appellant has decided to withdraw the appeal since he has opted to go for a re-marriage.

2. For such purpose, it is submitted that the original certified copies of the impugned judgment and decree would be required, which the appellant seeks leave to replace by photocopies. Since it will take much time to obtain fresh certified copies of the said judgment and decree, for the ends of justice, such leave is granted.

3. Accordingly, FA 234 of 2024 is dismissed for nonprosecution without any order as to costs.

4. Consequentially, CAN 1 of 2024 is dismissed as well.

5. Leave is granted to the appellant, through his learned Advocate-on-record, to take back the original certified copies of the judgment and decree impugned in the appeal by replacing the same with photocopies thereof. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.) (Uday Kumar, J.)
