The grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the police authorities for the time being. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, Dadpur Police Station Case No.203 of dated December 17, under Sections 420/406/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered and the investigation is in progress. Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of.

The police authorities shall continue with the investigation in a free, fair and proper manner. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
